CANCELLATION POLICY
You have a 15 minute grace period before your appointment is cancelled. Cancellations need to be made at least 48 hours in advance other wise you lose your deposit. If you need to reschedule, you must reschedule 48 hours in advance for your deposit to roll over. It can roll over only once. Within 48 hours your deposit becomes nonrefundable.
